- Credit Card – this is probably the easiest method of the three and is always the quickest. SuperCasino.com is able to handle transactions with either credit or debit card. - Cheque – Depositing by check is as simple as filling out a check and mailing it in. - Bank Transfer – You have two different ways to arrange a bank transfer, via internet or telephone banking. You must put your player name and player id on the payment information. Once your payment arrangements have been made, contact customer service at 020-7819-9121 from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and inform them that the transfer has taken place. Withdrawal
After you have hit it big, getting your money could not be easier. Go into your account and click on the ‘withdrawal’ button. You will need the Bank Withdrawal Activation Key that is included within your welcome kit. Usually, the withdrawal will be processed within 5 business days and it should be received within another 5 business days. You can also call 0800-1984-777 and choosing option 5. Any withdrawal that is done in this manner will be sent out by cheque to the registered account in the system.
There are no restrictions on the amount of money that you can take out of your account at any time as long as you have the money in your account. If you are choosing a bank wire, you are restricted to £1,000 every 24 hours. There are no fees for withdrawals unless you are making a withdrawal of £10 or less. For these instances, there will be a fee of £1 charged to your account by the site.
